I would avoid going to the dentist for years until I found Dental Professionals on Whitesburg. They're always so friendly and sensitive to my nervousness. They always make sure I am comfortable. My hygienist, Elizabeth, was amazing! She did very thorough job, she is very friendly and sensitive, and she was super helpful answering all my questions. My family has a very long relationship with Dental Professionals, so we know them pretty well and have only ever had excellent experiences with them. They pay meticulous attention to detail in their exams and catch issues early before they can get worse and become complex problems. Although we've had some tricky dental situations over the years, they've always been on top of whatever has come up. They have also been attentive to any other medical conditions that might impact our dental health because they know how important it is to understand the whole patient. In addition, they are so scrupulous about hygiene protocols that even during the height of covid when I didn't feel safe going out to any other places, I felt completely comfortable having my exams with them. Because they don't ever take shortcuts, I know I can trust them. I've had friends who were truly terrified of going to the dentist whom I suggested try Dental Professionals. They came away after their appts relaxed, reassured, and committed to maintaining their regular dental care going forward. This is a huge testament to the kindness and sensitivity of all the people who work there. They not only provide superb medical care in a welcoming environment, they also do things not many medical places take the effort to do: they see you on time and don't leave you hanging; they greet you by name and remember you from one visit to the next as a person not a number; they offer you water, pillow, blanket, etc. whatever might help you relax.
